A proud veteran and passionate advocate for diversity in business, David Woods leads DBW as a veteran- and minority-owned enterprise committed to driving measurable outcomes and empowering organizations through modern technology and management practices. His background includes deep expertise in Digital Engineering, CI/CD Pipelines, Agile Program Management, Lean Portfolio Management, and Vulnerability Remediation. He has successfully led numerous complex IT initiatives, including financial management system migrations and enterprise agile transformations, often serving in roles such as Program Manager, Scrum Master, and Project Manager. Holding both an MBA and a Bachelor’s degree in Financial Accounting, David Woods combines technical insight with business acumen to align technology investments with mission goals.
